It took us a few days to name Forest when he was born. It’s a special name to my partner and I (especially the spelling) and suits him perfectly.
Kaya’s name came to me in a dream, many years before she was born.

Sitting up on a hillside basking in the sunset light. Watching it dip below the mountain, while I hear my family laughing and talking beside me. Taking in the moment, breathing in the air - nowhere to be but here. Watching all the colors change in the sky, hair still wet & salty from swimming in the warm ocean.

Drums. Tribal music. Gathering with friends. Music that lights up my soul. Rainstorms. Thunder. And when my food is sooooo good, I can’t help but move my body in pure enjoyment. Ohhhh I love dancing so much!

I move my body intuitively. Really feeling into the sensations of being IN my body. Instantly drops me into the now and I feel at home.
