I first discovered plant medicine when…
I was 23 I began working with herbs for their medicinal properties both physically & energetically. My work with the plant allies was focused on womb nourishing herbs & flowers. I’ve found I have a very special relationship with the flowers especially hibiscus and rose. I’ve drank them in tea, smoked them in herbal joints, yoni steamed and smudged my space with them.
Breathwork to me is…
