SHIPPING
we aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. please note that slight delays may occur during collection launches and sale periods
shipping within australia is $15 express and $10 standard for orders under $200 via Australia Post
shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of $15NZD for orders under $200NZD via Australia Post Express
shipping to the rest of the world is a flat rate of $25 aud for orders under $200AUD via DHL Express and Fedex
please allow (3-10 days) for overseas shipping
all orders within Australia + New Zealand are shipped via Australia post, international will be sent via DHL Express and Fedex
all items require signature on delivery, and shipping notifications will be sent to your email address with updates. while we do everything we can to ensure safe delivery, we are not liable for goods once signed for as this is deemed proof of delivery.
TAXES AND DUTIES
for orders outside Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the UK, taxes and duties may be set by the customs authorities in your country. any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient so please make yourself familiar with your local import rules prior to ordering. particularly in the EU as these can be high and are payable prior to delivery with DHL or Fedex. we are unable to amend the value of your order listed on your commercial invoice and adhere to all international import/export rules and regulations.
taxes are now covered within the UK and Canada.

please check your local tax and duty rates as they may be charged separately prior to delivery - a $50AUD return fee will be deducted from your refund if duties are refused and goods returned to us.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGE
we do not offer refunds on gift cards or refunds/exchange on any discounted items, including any promotional discounts, and gift cards. note sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
we accept returns on full price unworn and unused items in their original condition and with all tags attached. for sanitary reasons all underwear bottoms are final sale.
we offer refunds or exchange on full priced items purchased online within 14 days of receipt of goods. once processed the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs associated with the order.
once your refund has been processed, depending on your payment method, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.

we offer 100% store credit only on sale items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging. offer is not valid on briefs and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Products with *final sale are not eligible for store credit, refunds or exchanges.
PLEASE NOTE
we are unable to accept any garments that have been worn or returned in a soiled condition.
we reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not reach our standards
