When I wake up the first thing I do is…
I’m usually woken up by my baby, so our mornings start with a nice long breastfeed and cuddle in bed before I have to get up and do the dreaded school run!
My childrens’s names came from…
Flynn David - we just liked the name, we find it really really hard to agree on names and have really different styles when it comes to names - so it was really the only name we could agree on, David is a sentimental name for my husband.
Florence Zimi was my husband’s choice, named after one of his favourite surfer’s John John Florence. It also means to flourish and bloom, which sounded like a beautiful sentiment for our daughter., Zimi I loved as a first name but settled for middle name!
Will Forest wasn’t a name on our list, he was actually nameless for nearly a month! But the night I had him (I had a home birth) my eldest, Flynn, announced from the top of the stairs ‘his name is Will’ (no idea where that name came from!). We tried to think and place him with so many other names, but Will just seemed to suit - it means peaceful protector, and he has been a peaceful little addition to our family so it suits him well! Forest I wanted to keep the ‘F’ name through the kids, and we love camping in the forest!

I feel well from the inside out, when I am nourishing my body with nutritious foods, drinking lots of water, spending time in the sunshine and exercising!

Survival! Three young kids, a business, a large house renovation - life is busy... but I know it’s a season, and one we just need to take each day as it comes… rest will come soon.

Stick to your word… I adapt this in every area of my life, especially parenting - I never threaten or promise the children something that I won’t follow through with.

To be honest I’m not much of a snacker! I feel content with my 3 meals a day.

Day to day - go to the beach with our friends! Or take them camping in our vintage viscount caravan – Carrot.

I’m a huge extrovert, I love being surrounded by people!

Our planet’s health, and that we will still have somewhere beautiful to leave for our children and their children.
